This document defines the terms of sale between Sébastien Ferraz, who edits the website www.sebferrazphotography.com, and the client as part of a system of distance selling of products (print, multimedia and games) from a digital media (website).
Any order implies the customer an unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions which the customer acknowledges.
Any contrary stipulation or reservation made by the customer when the order is void, unless expressly accepted by Sébastien Ferraz, site owner of sebferrazphotography.com
Pricing and Delivery:
Rates are quoted in euros, all taxes included.
Participation in shipping, packaging and handling are not included in the price and must be paid in addition. The editor may change these prices without notice.
If an order is made to a country other than the EU, the customer is the importer of these products. Customs duties and other taxes may be levied by the countries concerned. These rights do not behove to Sebastian Ferraz and are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are payable in euro (€). The products ordered are charged at the rates in effect at the time the order has been registered, subject to the availability of ordered products. The products remain the property of Sebastian Ferraz until the order has been set.
The products are shipped within 9 to 10 days after receipt of your order. If additional time is needed, Sébastien Ferraz will notify the client of the availability date.
The risk of transport damage are the responsibility of the buyer who shall, in case of damage on the package or missing item, refuse delivery with the delivery services.
Similarly, Sébastien Ferraz can not be held responsible for delays in delivery or non-delivery overwhelmed by loss of package.
These fees are subject to change depending on changes in delivery rates.
Delivery will be made during business hours at the delivery address you specified and validated on the order. Any returned order due to an error in entering the address when making the order will be charged to the client. Upon receipt of the order, it is to the client to check the status of products and do not accept if they are damaged. No compensation can be claimed for any delay in delivery or for a print deteriorated.
Payment and security:
The payment of your purchases can be done either:
- by Bank Card, Visa or MasterCard
- with the secure Paypal system.

- by check (only issued by a bank domiciled in France) sent to the address below, with the title and the print size: Sébastien Ferraz – 917/2 BIS AVENUE DE PIBONSON – 06250 MOUGINS - France
Products will be delivered after confirmation of cashing of the check.
Responsibility:
Sébastien Ferraz can not be held responsible for breach of contract of sale if out of stock, if unavailability of the product, of force majeure, disruption or strike, total or partial, of postal service or carrier. The parties agree that these terms of sale are subject to French law.
Return products:
If an article does not suit you, you have a period of 7 days after receipt to return it at the following address: Sébastien Ferraz – 917/2 BIS AVENUE DE PIBONSON – 06250 MOUGINS - France
You can ask for exchange or refund. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unsealed and with the corresponding invoice. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility. Products returned in good condition will be reimbursed from Sebastian Ferraz within a month. You can also opt for a credit on your next purchase rather than a refund.
Individual cases of sale of original prints:
This invoice is payable when the order is placed at the latest. Any delay in payment will result in the payment of interest at the minimum rate prescribed by Article L441-6 of the Commercial Code (legal interest multiplied by three) payable automatically and without reminder, calculated on the amount out of taxes.
The artwork which the sale is recognized by the bill is subject to intellectual property rights as they were instituted by the Code of Intellectual Property.
Under paragraph 2 L 111-3 of this Code section, the purchaser of the material on which the artwork was reproduced is not invested by any of the copyright, and can therefore not reproduce it in any form whatsoever, in any medium or in any way. Any violation of this prohibition constitutes an infringement as defined in Articles L122-4 and L335-2 of the Code of Intellectual Property.
Data processing and protection :
The personal information you provide me, via your order, will not be used beyond the strict confinement of my client file. Force majeure :
From Article 1148 of the Civil Code, Sébastien Ferraz can not be held responsible in the execution of the order, if any delay or failure is due to a force majeure.
